Bow Wow Brownies Yield : 6 regular size muffins, or 1 8" square brownie cake Ingredients: 1/4 cup Olive Oil 1 Tbsp Honey 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour 2 Eggs 1 tsp Pure Vanilla 1/4 cup Carob Chips 1/4 cup Carob Powder 1/2 tsp Baking Powder Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. In a medium-size bowl, blend olive oil and honey. Blend thoroughly. 3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 4. Pour mixture into greased muffin cups (only fill each muffin cup halfway) or pour mixture into a greased 8" square pan. 5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. 6. Let cool. 7. Frost with my Bow Wow Brownie Icing recipe. 8. Serve. Note: If using a square pan cut brownies into bite-size squares. 9. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
