Relationships
uring puberty you will form new relationships and the ones you already have will change. You will start to form your own ideas, morals and poinions which may change the way you veiw the people in your life.
You may feel that you are closer to your friends because they are going through the same sort of experiences as you are. You may make new friends or become closer friends with one or two people with whom you feel comfortable. You may have a crush on someone or feel that you would like to be a boyfriend / girlfriend.
Peer pressure is very common during puberty but its not always a bad thing. You might see a quality of a friend or peer that you like and try it out. Your peers may also encourage you to go outside your comfort zone, try new things and discover new ideas and beliefs. The negative side to peer pressure is when someone trys to change themselves to be accepted by a group of person. This isn't good because you should be friends with people who accept you for who you are and not want to change you.

You are likely to have a few disputes with your parents during puberty. Now that you are forming new beliefs and opinions you will disagree with things that your parents say. This, along with mood swings can cause some arguments.
Also, during puberty your body is telling you it's time to be an adult which means you will want to be treated like one, but this can be hard for your parents to accept.
