Wright County Dairy Princesses, ambassadors crowned

HOWARD LAKE— The Wright County Dairy Princesses and Ambassadors for the coming year were crowned Saturday, April 18, during a coronation ceremony at the South Shore Event Center in Howard Lake. This year’ s dairy princesses are Ella Havisto of Montrose and Sophie Salmela of Howard Lake.
Named ambassadors are Lauren Berning and Gianna Beaudry, both of Otsego; Lilly Poppler of Waverly; and Harper Salmela and Kennedy Sparkman, both of Howard Lake.
Several members of this year’ s court also served in the program last year, reflecting an emphasis on continued involvement and leadership. The dairy royalty will appear throughout the year at community events across Wright County, including parades, library programs, the Wright County Fair and other outreach activities promoting the dairy industry.
