Antique Alley Texas
Twice a year — the weekend of the third Friday in April and September — the Antique Alley Show is open throughout Cleburne , Grandview , Maypearl and Waxahachie . The show brings local businesses and private antique vendors together to showcase their best goods . Guests can browse through hundreds of antiques in pristine condition , collectible firearms , hand-built furniture , hand-crafted jewelry and original artwork by local talent . Enjoy live music , barbecue and homemade fried pies while you hunt for unique treasures .
Indigenous Institute of the Americas Celebration
The largest American Indian / Indigenous Event in North Texas is held the first weekend of April at Chisholm Trial Outdoor Museum . IIAC is known for its variety of activities and attractions . Performers came from all over the nation to participate . In addition to powwows , they have it all — food , arts , crafts , songs , seminars , displays , games , demonstrations , archery , stickball and children ’ s activities .
SpringFest
SpringFest is held every April in Downtown Cleburne . Enjoy live music , arts and crafts , food booths and an eating competition . Kids will have a blast getting their faces painted , jumping in the bounce houses , playing mini-games and more . Another highlight of the festival is the Touch a Truck Car Show . Musical entertainment ranges from bluegrass and country to rock and soul .
Cinco de Mayo Celebration
Cleburne holds nothing back during the Cinco de Mayo Celebration . This family-friendly event will feature a kid ’ s zone and live entertainment , including Mariachi , ballet folkloric and dancing horse show . Shop for Mexican imports and enjoy authentic Mexican dishes .
In early May in the Cleburne Conference Center parking lot , it is held in conjunction with the Cleburne Custom Car Show .
Bring lawn chairs , picnic blankets and dancing shoes . The event is free to the public .
Cleburne Arts Festival
The Cleburne Arts Festival is the prime time to see downtown Cleburne in full bloom of art , music , food and fun . Street vendors ; artists , both local and from across the Metroplex ; and food vendors line the streets throughout downtown . Patrons are encouraged to shop the blocks while pursuing the art .
Shakespeare in the Park
Enjoy outdoor theater during Cleburne ’ s annual Shakespeare in the Park , featuring a new play each summer . The Cleburne Chamber of Commerce and Plaza Theatre Co . host the outdoor event at beautiful Winston Patrick McGregor Park the last weekend in May .

Fourth of July Celebration

Tour de Goatneck Bicycle Ride
Held every last Saturday of July , the Goatneck Bike Ride is a rolling hill course which averages around 35 feet per mile of climbing throughout Johnson County . The roads are well maintained country roads with little traffic . The prevailing winds during summer are from the southwest , which provides a tail wind for the last portion of the ride coming into the finish .
Old Foamy Beer Festival
