How did you get started with designing your own label? I am definitely still in the process of developing my collection into a 'label' that would be sold to the public. The first thing I did was make a website, which is a great way to establish who you are as a designer, and what you ultimately want to achieve. The next step was designing and developing garments from my collection into things that are more ‘everyday’ and wearable for a consumer. Then lots of sewing! Next, I suppose, was buisness cards, swing tags, and labels on the clothes. Describe your style in three words Comfortable, quirky, colourful. What do you see in the future for 'Blushed'? I hope to see people wanting to wear 'Blushed', and I dream of 'Blushed' being featured in magazines like Vogue, Cleo, Cosmo, Frankie, Russh, Harpers Bazaar and Yen. TEAGAN JACOBS 20 Australia, WA.
