Step 1: Wake up, wash your face, brush your teeth, look into the mirror,
flash a smile, dress it up however you like.
Step 2: Drink lots of water, green tea (or all sorts of tea). Eat your
fruits.
Step 3: Get down and dirty; set out to the gym and work on your body. Aim
to be healthy, fit and fabulous.
Step 4: Sign yourself up for a yoga course. This will ensure you stick
with it. You paid for it, now you work it.
Step 5: Treat yourself to monthly day spas. Don’t stress yourself out too
much with schoolwork or just work. Get a manicure and pedicure, or just a
foot massage. Take a break, have a kit kat. Literally.
Step 6: Save up to buy that dress you’ve secretly been eyeing online or
in stores. Put it on. Feel happy.
Step 7: Moisturise your body before you sleep! You don’t get those slippery hands in the way and also, you wake up with baby smooth skin!
Step 8: Read a book, listen to some music, go to the beach, watch some
netflix, hang out with some friends.
Step 9: See those fast food restaurants? Stop avoiding them! Have a burger or two, but only once a month.
Step 10: Grow a plant and take care of it.
Step 11: Learn a new instrument or a new sport. This trains your mind.
Step 12: Go to sleep early! You need your beauty sleep for a fresh start
the next day. If you missed out on some sleep, catch up with the hours
within a week or you will not be able to make up for them anymore.
Step 13: Do everything to the best of your ability. Perserve.
Step 14: Makes pancakes for breakfast one day. Treat your whole family to
it. Or even invite your friends over and have a flippin’ great time!
Step 15: Wear that damn smile around everywhere. Sooner or later, you’re
going to find yourself believeing in it. And finally, everyone else
around you will, too.
