Dağdeviren was born on May 4, 1985 in Istanbul, Üsküdar, as the first child of a mother from Adana and a father from Sivas. She has two brothers named Caner and Emre. When she was 5 years old, she had an interest in physics by reading a book about Marie Curie, which his father gave as a gift. When she grew up, the discovery of Marie Curie's wife Pierre Curie produced tools inspired by piezoelectricity.

After studying elementary and secondary school, while he was studying in an Anatolian High School in Kocaeli, he was sent to Adana Seyhan ÇEAŞ Anatolian High School as a guest student because his school was damaged during the 1999 earthquake. Then he graduated from Hacettepe University Physics Engineering in 2007 in Ankara. He completed his master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering in 2009 with a full scholarship at Sabancı University in Istanbul.

In 2009, she received a Fulbright Scholarship (UIUC) and began her Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a public university in Illinois, USA. During his doctorate degree, he worked on flexible and foldable, stickable / wearable electronic tools that are covered by physics, electronics, chemistry, materials, mechanics and medicine.
