System Models
It is a quantitative and qualitative representation of a process or behavior that
shows the effects of those factors that are significant for the purposes that can be
considered.
Models are a means of scientific thought, a peculiar form of abstraction from
reality.
Types of system models
Dynamic
model
It describes the operation of the system components based on a series of
equations, more realistic than the static ones.
Abstract models. Composed of concepts, plans, hypothesis and ideas.
Mathematical system model
They represent reality in an abstract way in a variety of ways, using some kind of
mathematical formula to express relationships to study complex system behaviors
in situations difficult to observe in reality.
