grilled pinapple margerita
Grilled Pineapple Syrup
2 ounces Patron Silver
1 ounce Grilled Pineapple Syrup
1 ounce Fresh Lime Juice
Slice up a Pineapple and coat each side with Brown Sugar and lay it out on the grill . Grill each side until charred and remove . Muddle the grilled slices if you do not have a juicer , if you have a juicer , juice the grilled slices and it will be a lovely rich syrup !
½ ounce Orange Juice
Directions :
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake with ice and dump into a margarita glass and enjoy !
Coconut Cilantro Pineapple Ice Cubes
Add pineapple juice to an ice cube tray but only fill it half full . Freeze the pineapple juice and once frozen add coconut water on top of the frozen pineapple juice and a sprig of cilantro on top . Freeze and then add them to any Fever Tree Tonic Water or Soda Water for a refreshing summer beverage .
