What is ProStart ?
ProStart is a Two-Year High School Curriculum that gives students a leg up in the job search and opens a door to collegiate opportunities . This also means the industry hires a credentialed ProStart graduate that is cross-trained in all aspects of a restaurant ’ s operations .
