Good-bye 2021 , hello 2022 !
CHARR ’ s 50th Annual Alaska CHARR Convention in Las Vegas this year was a very successful event . Much appreciation to our dedicated CHARR staff and all that were able to attend , making it a memorable event . For those of you that were not able to attend this year and missed out on our speakers , each presentation was recorded and is available on the CHARR website , another first from your CHARR Dream Team . There are also lots of pictures from during the event including the festivities , awards , and activities .
January will mark the start of the Second Regular Session of the 32 nd Alaska Legislature . We will be working on passing the Title 04 rewrite again this year , I am very hopeful that this will be the year we get it done . Your CHARR Government Affairs committee will have met by the time this issue is published and will have reviewed Title 04 and any new bills pre-filed that have impact of our industry . The committee will continue to stay apprised of new bills as they come out that could have an impact on us as the session goes on .
