On September 19 , 2022 , Interior CHARR and Alaska CHARR lost one of their greatest champions . Hack was a strong

supporter of both the affiliate and the association , and served as president for three years . He gained great respect for the small business owners who sold alcohol in the state of Alaska . He was a force to reckon with during all of the Title 04 negotiations over the last 11 years and remained active with CHARR until his passing .
