The Alcoholic Beverage Control Board meets in Anchorage on Monday , December 12 , 2022 at the Atwood State Office Building ( 550 W . Seventh Avenue ). Please note this change since the Board usually meets on Tuesday . The ABC Board very much desires to hear from licensees . If possible , please join the Board for public comment at 9 a . m . AMCO is busily preparing for implementation of the Title 4 Rewrite . By the time this newsletter publishes , AMCO will have hired a Project Assistant specifically tasked to help this office and licensees meet all required deadlines before the law ’ s January 1 , 2024 implementation date . This individual , as well as others in the office , will be tasked with letting all licensees know about the changes they can expect with their licenses as well as what endorsements or permits will be available to expand licensed premises or activities . The first regulatory project to expect out of the Title 4 Rewrite is specific to seasonal restaurant or eating tourism licenses and your ability to apply for them in advance of the January 1 , 2024 implementation date . Should the Board approve draft regulations , the regulations will be available for public comment shortly after its December 12 , 2022 meeting . Stay tuned to our
