GRACE- As you spring forward,
throw the Javelin of grace as far as
you can to represent throwing away
your past sins and mistakes.
We often allow the enemy to condemn us by telling
us that we are too far gone for God to forgive. But
God’s grace is sufficient for all because Psalm _____
says that we all have access to God’s love even when you
do so much wrong. If you have made your bed in hell,
if you run away as far as the ends of the seas, even you
messed up until everything seems dark and hopeless,
you got caught, your life is threatened, you’ve lost
everything, you got AIDS, God’s GRACE is
__________ for you. God knows everything you did,
even your very evil thoughts and He still loves you and
gives you His grace. Jesus Christ is touched by the
feeling of your infirmities and has redeemed you with
grace because of love.
FAITH – Shot-put involves throwing a
heavy ball as far as possible using a
pushing motion. We throw balls everyday
as we attempt to get things done but the
shot-put requires a forceful pushing motion
in order to get the heavy sphere as far as possible.
That is like faith. We have to push towards a desire
and a destiny even when we don’t know the end result,
but we know it is possible. But often times we barely
even throw a regular ball because we are afraid we
will fail at our efforts.
What are you afraid to do today? Are intimidation and
inferiority keeping you back from doing the great
things which God has laid out for you? Did they tell you
that you can’t do it or can’t have it? Daughter, don’t
