Professor Ramakant was explaining the science of 'habits' during a lecture on psychology, “Habits are a result of our opinions which eventually become our behavioural pattern. What Mahatma Gandhi said about habits decades ago still holds true for us.” Saying so, he approached the white board and started writing Gandhiji's quote. 'Your beliefs become your thoughts, Your thoughts become your words, Your words become your actions, Your actions become your habits, Your habits become your values, Your values become your destiny.'
