At such a small age his IQ is very high. Ask him any question, be it on Geography,
current affairs, financial policies or the country's GDP, he has all the answers!

Name : Kashmira Vahi
Age : 11 yrs.

The persons who can be considered the most intelligent on earth are, 1) Eienstin
or 2) Stephen Hawking. Einstin's IQ was 160. So Kashmira's IQ is just above him.
She has won many chess competitions and competitive exams.

Decision Making
There is this big industrialist. He runs his factory
successfully for many years, increasing his profits. But
simultaneously, the expenses of the factory also have
increased. In order to curtail the expenses, it is
necessary to make major changes at the operational
level. Before taking any decision, he reviews the details
of everything, thinks of all the options, takes his
employees' opinions, creates a new co-operative atmosphere, and after giving
thought to all aspects, he chooses one option. Can this be termed as common
sense?
