One who is poised, who stands humbly and meets the needs of their people; [ s ] he has a vast repertoire and a pleasing voice; is expert in reading Torah, the Prophets, and the Writings, and teaching midrash, halakhah, and aggada; and [ s ] he is well versed in all of the brachot.
Thank you, Cantor Sandy Horowitz for your commitment to creating sacred space, and for inspiring us with song and teaching.
