that you can concentrate on the day to day running of your practice. Our turn key service
will take you from architectural drawings and council approval through to a final detail
and builders clean at the completion of your project.

OUR PROCESS
We take a personal approach to your project. Our process is simple and begins with
a site assessment by our company Director, Tony Barber. Tony has a wealth of industry
knowledge and works closely with his team to map out your surgery vision.
After the initial site inspection:
01. Estimate based on site assessment and client requirements
02. Generate concept floorplan and provide a detailed quotation
(floorplan is free of charge, should your project proceed with AJ Barber)
After acceptance of the final quotation:
01. Provide CAD floorplans, design elevations, services layout and 3D rendering
02. Seek building approval and associated documents
03. Interior design, colour consulting and finishes specification
04. Construction and fit-out, using our trusted team of trades
05. Obtain occupation certificates
06. Handover
07. Continued client service
