we
re-‐iterate
that
we
are
a
very
small,
family
run
savonnerie.
This
means
that
we
produce
our
soap
in
small
batches
and
whilst
we
do
have
stock,
some
products
might
only
be
available
be
in
limited
quanUUes
simply
because
we
need
a
certain
quanUty
in
order
for
us
to
stock
our
own
shop,
fulfill
our
website
orders
and
see
us
through
the
market,
events
and
fayre
season.
Orders
can
be
placed
through
our
website,
by
phone
or
by
email.
In
most
cases
orders
are
despatched
within
a
couple
of
days
but
please
allow
4
-‐7
working
days.
In
the
event
of
stock
shortages
we
will
advise
you
if
there
will
be
a
delay
of
more
than
7
days.
9. Payment
All
goods
must
be
paid
in
full
prior
to
despatch.
Preferred
methods
of
payments
are
by
Paypal
or
direct
bank
transfer.
All
bank
charges
or
Paypal
transacUon
charges
will
be
for
your
account.
Our
bank
details
will
be
included
on
your
invoice
10. Delivery
We
offer
free
delivery
on
all
orders
over
50
Euros
that
are
shipped
within
France
Metropole.
All
consignments
are
fully
traceable
unUl
order
reaches
desUnaUon.
We
will
do
our
utmost
to
ensure
the
best
packaging
possible
but
we
are
not
responsible
while
stock
is
in
transit.
11. Disclaimer
Due
to
the
nature
of
our
soap
being
handmade
and
hand
cut
there
can
be
weight
variaUons
of
a
couple
of
grams
either
side
of
the
average
weight
of
120g.
12. Customisation
Customised
orders
do
not
follow
our
regular
turnaround
Ume.
Full
payment
is
required
before
producUon
and
as
custom
made
soaps
are
not
standard
stock
lines,
order
cannot
be
cancelled
once
producUon
commenced.
14. Soap Labels
All
our
labels
are
produced
in-‐house
onto
recycled
Krad
brown
paper
(100g
weight).
