Section 26D Trade Testing

Can register with any SETA Apply for trade testing ( Forms available from ACRA or the seta ) Requirements : Certified ID or Valid passport with valid work visa High School Certificate ( Grade 9 - 12 ) Proof of a minimum of 4 ( FOUR ) years uninterrupted artisan experience relevant to trade Letter ( s ) of employment for the four years detailing experience gained ( In South Africa ) Possible gaps analysis and report from an accredited trade test centre Time Frames : From application to serial Number 3 to 6 Months seta issued trade test serial number to trade test date : 1 - 2 months :

On successful completion issue of certificate : 1 - 8 months ( Follow up after 3 months )
