Kevin Stewart, team leader and broker/owner of Stewart Team Real
Estate Partners, grew up in the Rochester area, and the Rochester
community has always been home. Kevin began his real estate
career shortly after college and a job in marketing with Daniel Brian
Advertising in Downtown Rochester. He began in real estate right
before the recession hit and weathered that storm as a brand-new
agent in the business.
Over the last 12 years, he worked for several franchise real
estate companies. Kevin knew he wanted to approach real estate
differently using a team model. So, as business grew, the team
began to grow. After six years as a growing team, Kevin decided
to take the next step and open his own brokerage under his own,
independent brand: Stewart Team Real Estate Partners
in Rochester, Michigan.
Jessica Zielke began working with Kevin as his first team member
and administrator and has been the senior buyer’s agent for
six years. Her job role includes understanding her market area,
interpreting and writing contracts, and facilitating communication
amongst all parties for the betterment of the client.
She thoroughly enjoys assisting buyers and sellers and showing them
details that may be overlooked due to personal and environmental
stresses. She relies on the strength of the team members and draws
from their individual experiences and perceptions to provide that
extra level of service to her clients. She loves meeting people she
most likely would never have the opportunity to get to know and
being a part of a lifelong memory-assisting them in choosing their
home.
