Mike Williams, Senior Partner, Gaining Edge will be delivering an insight into what destinations around the world are doing to attract business events to their shores. What types of support, services and developments are taking place to incentivise meeting planners and how to work with destinations to optimise the success of an event. Amplifying the power of live events at 11:45am sees Vincent Mehta, Business Development Manager at Cvent lead a session to understand how to amplify the proven power of live events by tracking your attendee journey throughout the event and utilising insights to inform and personalise the rest of your marketing to those attendees. Learn how to integrate this data with your marketing automation and CRM and share the power with the rest of your organisation. The way we live: Technology and events at 1:35pm will explore both technology based events that promote the benefits of technology in different formats and how these events change the way we live.
