With each new school-year, the new national board and the new local executive boards are taking over the leadership roles of AIESEC in Estonia. To build upon the predecessors knowledge and to add fresh ideas from their own side with the ultimate goal of providing young people a possibility to discover and develop their leadership potential.
AIESEC term 2013-2014 is led by the national board called "Firecrackers". As the dictionary says, we are:
