STARTER

The first national conference of the AIESEC year. Conference is designed for the new members to get the first insights about the organisation and for old members to find motivation again to work voluntarily.

The main aim:

teaching soft skills and

organisational strategies

to the newly selected members and also leaders in each level.

Participants:

~100 active university students

The biggest conference of the AIESEC year. Gathers together both active members and also alumni (e.g. leaders of own companies). Alumni are having their own one-day conference in parallel with members.

selecting new leadership bodies for AIESEC in Estonia &

celebrating success of the year

~75 successful alumni
