Story by Sargis about IC Kenya 2011

"Hello World!!! :)

these were the only words, which came to my mind, when I just arrived Nairobi airport. I saw so many AIESECers, from all over the world. They completely changed my mood. Everywhere were smiley AIESECers just like me and were shouting Heeey AIESEC. Again, I had feelings of (im erexeqis het em!!!). I met my AIESEC friends from IC India, last year.

Yes, I'm in Africa.

BTW, the person, who was working at the Nairobi airport,

was also AIESEC alumni. Then, we moved to the venue.

Near the road, there were many monkeys 'Babuins'

and 'Pumbas'.

Next day, we moved to Opening Ceremony and

Global Village venue! There was African music band,

which was awesome. The African dancers were moving

their bodies so mysteriously. The African songs were so

nice, that I'm still amazed. I love Africa. You can't just seat and watch, you have to stand up and dance. The Vice President of Kenya, had a great speech and besides that, ha was dancing with us :D

Next day, Opening Plenary. Every AIESEC Country, has 1 minute, to perform. After all country Roll calls, comes the AIESEC International 11/12 Roll call... OOOOOO, you can't imagine, it was song Lady Gaga -Edge of Glory, WooooW, the same song, which AIESEC in Armenia MC team has for this term!!!!! Honestly, that moment, I was crying...

IC Live: the next day, they were showing IC virtual delegates, and half of the AIESECers were from AIESEC in Armenia. that was super exciting moment of the Congress.

Saqo really has t-shirt with this picture...amazing)))
