Ahwatukee Luxury Real Estate Update
Homes in the higher price bands are moving much
better than we saw last year in Ahwatukee.
The average home priced above $600,000 sold for 97%
of the initial asking price compared to 98% for the
popular price band of $200,000 and $299,999.
The average price of the all the luxury homes that sold
last month was $994,533 after an average of 114 days.
During the month of August in 2012, only 2 homes
priced over $600,000 in Ahwatukee were sold. and they
sold at an average of 85% of the original asking price.
