HIPPY Partners With Parents to Prepare Children for Success Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters (HIPPY) is an evidenced-based family support model designed to improve parent-child relationships, increase parent involvement in their children’s schools and communities, and ultimately, help children achieve long term academic success. HIPPY partners with parents to empower them both as teachers and advocates for their children, and to assist parents in preparing their children for success in school and beyond. The HIPPY Mission The mission of HIPPY USA is to partner with parents to prepare their children for success in school. To meet this mission, each HIPPY program implements the model with these key components.
