■ How much operational work falls back on providers?
■ How does warranty coverage align with the equipment’ s expected useful life?
These questions move procurement discussions beyond specifications and toward long-term operational performance.

Another lesson emerging across healthcare is that vendors increasingly influence operational success. Organizations no longer seek suppliers that simply deliver products. They want partners who understand clinical workflows, anticipate operational challenges, and respond quickly when issues arise.
