Heartland Dental also supports doctors and their teams to access and learn how to use innovations that make daily work more efficient and allow more focus on the patient experience. This approach is grounded in a clear understanding of the pressures inside dental offices. In fact, support office leaders and teams are expected to spend time in dental offices to best understand the challenges they are navigating.
Business Assistants( BAs), in particular, manage scheduling, insurance, and patient interactions under constant interruptions.
