We further compare your current monthly consumption and expenditure over the last three (3) months to monitor your trends. Your account was billed correctly and in line with the municipal bylaws. No over / under charges were identified. As a result of our analysis and recommended strategy, the option is available for you to move from Tariff 7 (Demand tariff) to the proposed tariff 7B (Time of Use tariff).
