We contacted Lee Ngwira to request for the invoices for auditing, we were informed that the hotel has not received the August 2013 invoices from Faircape Property Management. They have made accruals for the account and will settle the accounts as soon as the invoices are received. We have however conducted a Tariff Impact Study on the account and your account is billed on the most cost effective tariff. You made special rates agreement with Faircape Property Management. Your account is billed based on the 2011/2012 City of Cape Town rates.
