  Cancelling an Activity    ● An Activity should only be cancelled in extreme circumstances and must be  approved by the Heads of Activities.  ● If you wish to cancel your Activity you must email / contact the Activity Manager  who will try to find cover before 11am on the day of the Activity.   ● If an Activity is cancelled the teacher must contact all parents via email first  and, if there is no response, by telephone. The Activity Manager is there to help if  needed.  ● If an Activity is cancelled after 12pm, students will need to be kept at school until  their regular bus or a  parent is contacted.  ● If you are absent from school, please inform your line manager at the time of  you calling in that you have an Activity.  Activity Times  Activity courses can be offered from:  Infant:   2–3pm (Outside ​ Activity Providers to be in school and ready to receive students from 1.45pm)    Junior/Middle/High School:   3.10–4.30pm ​ ( ​ Outside​ Activity Providers to be in school and ready to receive students from  2.45pm)    4.30-6.00pm     If an activity runs from 4:30 to 6:00pm, then JS/MS students must be in a  designated ​ SUPERVISION AREA or signed up for another 3:10pm Activity/Service  to ensure they are appropriately supervised.  ●   Only a shuttle bus service is available for MS and HS students who finish at  6:00pm.  ●
