The aim of the AH Academy is to meet your learning and development needs to enable you to deliver in your role. To support this aim we’ve created our own AH Academy. We offer a blended learning approach. Here you’ll find information on how training is categorised and what training courses are available. We formally review learning and development needs annually via our appraisal process. You’ll be booked onto mandatory training automatically based on your role.
