The AGSM Career Development Centre partners with our candidates to provide a highly individualised professional development program, designed to meet the high expectations of our corporate partners and aligned with the delivery of the academic curriculum. Our world-class faculty have deep industry expertise and strong network ties to draw from, using live case studies to embed theoretical learning and to engage with the business community. This allows students to strengthen networks and gain real-world insight into the ever-changing and fast-paced Australian business landscape.
The AGSM MBA is a highly transformational program and the career aspirations of our students will routinely change as they are introduced to new industries, functions and ideas over the course of their studies. The Full-Time MBA is a truly unique experience and each student who undertakes the program does so for different reasons. While developing the critical thinking skills and exceptional management knowledge delivered via our rigorous academic curriculum, our immersive professional development program focuses on developing career management and advanced interpersonal skills ensuring our students leave the AGSM with both the business acumen and corporate polish, ready to take on the challenges facing business today.
