• Gabba G548 was recently purchased for AU$60,000 by Old Kentucky Angus at
Wangaratta, Vic.
• Gabba is an outstanding individual who has a genuine Stud Sire presence about him.
Structurally very correct he has ample Muscle and Softness, he moves extremely well
and has a faultless Temperament. All this and the fact that he is the breeds No.1
Marbling HBR bull from all 2011 drop bulls and out of arguably the best brood cow in
the strong Dunoon Program.
• Sired by Regent D145; his dam has over 80 registered progeny and her sons have
topped two of the last five Dunoon Angus Bull Sales. At the most recent Sale she had
two sons sell for AU$28,000 and AU$20,000 which were Top and second Top Price
for that sale. Another son had been retained in the Dunoon herd which was also the
intention for “Gabba” before his private sale in December 2012.
