Agriculture, also called farming or husbandry, is the cultivation of animals, plants, fungi, and other life forms for
food, fiber, biofuel, medicinals and other products used
to sustain and enhance human life. Agricultural innovation cover the total food spectrum and are continuously
changing the way food is grown and distributed and it
seems the sky is the limit when it comes to possibilities toward increase locally grown, sustainably produced food.
In the September edition of Agri Kultuur/Culture the spotlight falls on
Innovation in Agricutlure.

wetenskap van teling en verbouiing van plante- fungus
en diere vir voedsel, vesel, bio-brandstof medisyne en ander produkte wat benodig word vir die onderhoud en
instandhouding van die menslike bestaan. Innovering in
landbou dek die totale voedselspektrum en dit wil
voorkom asof daar geen grense is aan die legio moontlikhede vir volhoubare voedselproduksie nie.
