Applying Scrum to the whole organization.
Businesses can be tempted to find the best way to apply Scrum and to take this process and apply it to all its teams. They can coach people to use Scrum and then bring the whole organization to do the same. This goes against the first Agile value, which is to favour individuals and interactions over processes and tools.

Thinking that it is something we can do and finish.
Thinking that Agility is like a pressing project that will be carried out and will go really well is a mistake. We must not think that it can be a turnkey solution that will end and be miraculous and fantastic. Agility is fantastic and almost miraculous, but it really takes a lot of time, and it is a continuous process that never ends.
