Having created an entirely new division in pursuit of new streams of sales , German BMW parts specialist Wunderlich ' s ADV operation continues to add product for the Harley Pan America . Seen here , the unbreakable , turbulence-free , highquality ABS plastic ' Flowjet ' windshield " gives the Pan America an independent , sporty and integrated new offroad look in just a few easy steps ." The
dimensions are 346 mm wide by 345 mm high . " It delivers a high level of basic protection , perfect off-road styling , is fully adjustable in height and tilt . Handmade , it is a robust , scratch resistant , modification-free , fully reversible ' plug and play ' OE replacement installation that comes complete with all necessary hardware and German type approval ( ABE )." Described as " ideal for sporty Enduro riding , especially beyond paved terrain " and for " short and medium distances where wind and weather protection is secondary ," it is said to ensure " pleasant , laminar flow conditions thanks to its streamlined shape with size and proportions that combine perfect design with high basic protection ."
Headed up by former Touratech founder and owner Herbert Schwarz as Brand Ambassador , Wunderlich Adventure is a new division from the noted German BMW parts and accessory specialist dedicated to the ADV sector . Already armed with zillions of products to enhance BMW Adventure model owners ' riding and ownership experience , its first mission has been to establish a foothold , indeed an already leading position , in the Pan America accessories segment . Wunderlich is well known for its BMW conversions and specials , and this is its first Pan America project bike - showcasing many of the parts that are already available - from the seats and windscreens seen here to other products that have already appeared in AMD this year such as radiator and other protectors ( including headlamp protectors and skid plates ), additional windshield designs and soft and hard case luggage system options . Schwarz says that in addition to model-specific product designs , Wunderlich offers some 2,000 universal fit parts and accessories for all ADV models , including the Pan America .
Also shown here , these new ' AktivKomfort ' seats for the Pan America 1250 and 1250 Special consist of two seats - one for the rider , a separate one for the passenger - rather than a one-piece " two-up " bench seat solution . " The cover with ThermoPro technology offers excellent grip and has a high-quality , elaborate finish with Alcantara piping and contrasting ' cut ' seams ," and the ergonomic 3-D contour is said to be good for the back and the glutes . The shape and angle of the crafted seat core support the ergonomically advantageous , natural posture of the pelvis for a more relaxed , less stressful and tiring riding position . In addition to excellent grip , the ThermoPro technology means the seat can be anything up to 25 ° C lower in full sun in high summer compared to the conventional stock seat cover material .

' Nano ' 3-into-1 LED Lightbar
German parts and accessory designer HeinzBikes ' new ' Nano ' 3-into-1 LED lightbar for the ' 21- ' 22 Sportster S RH1250S features turn signals , brake and taillight and is said to " provide the perfect rear conversion ." " Inconspicuous at the rear , it hides the large original turn signals and taillights and , when in use , the light units convince with furious brightness and laser-like luminosity ." Built with state-of-the-art lighting technology with minimal size LED lights ( smaller than a one Cent piece ), it is mounted directly under the rear fender without the use of adapters or other accessories . It is described as precision CNC-machined from billet aluminum with a black powder-coat finish . The indicators and taillights are connected directly to the 12V supply without resistors .
