If your kids are old enough take them on a
run, if can not find a good pace for you and
your child, consider having them bike or
rollerblade. Discover hiking trails that are
suited for both you and your childs level of
difficulty. Extended walks provide a great
opportunity for bonding and is an easy way
for everyone to get in some exercise.
Try an online or Xbox One Yoga, Pilates, or
Fitness class. Low-impact aerobics can all
be done on your living room floor with little
to no equipment.
If your little one is too young, consider
investing in a jogging stroller or a trailer
for your bike. The added weight is sure to
give you a good workout and your kids will
love it!
