We know you have yet to do an extensive tour of Africa when time eventually permits you. We also know that you have visited Africa once, Kenya in Particular to support a Conservation project with the Zeitz Foundation and that is indeed a noble cause for you to stand up for. Africans in different countries of the continent would however love to see you set your foot on their soil someday. You are currently preparing to defend your Olympic Titles in the 100 and 200 meters event and we would like to know a little bit about how your preparations are going as well as about other interesting issues. ASM: The whole world is anticipating that you will defend your Olympic Titles and possibly break your own world records again can you tell us how your training and preparation for the games in London are going? Usain Bolt: Training has been going great and I am looking forward to London. I have a few meets to compete in before I get into competition mode. I just want to stay injury free and I know I will have a great year. I never go out to break records, but defending my titles is very important at this time.
