strategy
Most of the politicians however think of ways
to draw out the gullible crowd to showcase to
their opponents that they do have the support
of their constituents. One of the easiest ways
to draw out a mammoth crowd of young
people, as well as people from all works of life
is Sports.
With sports as a campaign strategy, politicians
are seen going around their constituencies
organizing football Galas and in most cases
cozying up to football league organizers to
sponsor and organize lavish and expensive
competitions with attractive prizes dubbed in "Politicians want to be
theirs and their political party names, as seen lovers as of sports
underwriters of the cost to host the event. and the youths!"
Cash Galore !!!
The amount of monies spent range from,
donations of sports gears to all participating
teams as well as refreshments for the teams at
half time and in some cases the spectators.
This is done so that the politicians are seen to
be lovers of sports with a perceived intent of
developing the careers of the young and
upcoming athletes playing in these matches.
The reality is that it is all for show its only for
the duration of the political season and it’s just
plain simple deception.
It is the wish of every athlete to be seen and
appreciated by their communities. Young and
