off as a sporting failure, as it has produced
some amazing talents in the past that made
the world of sports (in Football, netball and
boxing) seat up and take notice. “If you look
at athletes like Mwai Kumwenda in netball,
Isaac Chilemba in boxing and Gabadinho
Mhango in Football it speaks volumes that we
have talent that can excel,” he says.
