Anthony Kermah, Chief Executive of Landmark Promotions, manager of Ekpo ‘the African pride’, said the boxer will now live and train permanently out of Accra to campaign for his next big fight and beyond.

“We are brothers in the sub-region, so it should not be difficult for a Nigerian to adopt Ghana as his home, Here in Ghana he will learn to be courageous and endure punishment in the gym, as a boxer with the aim of becoming a champion” he said.

Williams is now married to his beautiful Ghanaian wife and they are blessed with a child.

He lives at James Town with other Ghanaian boxers and trains daily at the popular Attoh Quarshie Gym.
