Johansen; the President of the Sierra Leone Football Association who was the second
woman football administrator to ever be elected in Africa and the world.
Continuing in the arena of sports administration we acknowledge Ms. Nawal El
Moutawakel of Morocco who was appointed to serve on the IAAF’s Members Council as
far back as 1995 and currently as a member of the IOC (International Olympic
Committee).
