Kei Kamara talks about his move to Norwich City in the EPL By Sahr Morris Jnr. He is making waves and wowing his fans from Kansas in the USA to his homeland of Sierra Leone and of course in Norwich City his current home base, in fact before going to press with this publication Kei Kamara achieved a significant milestone as a Sierra Leonean Pro Football player in the English Premier League, becoming the first Sierra Leonean player to score a goal in the prestigious English League. Kei has come a long way from a young kid who escaped the ravages of the Sierra Leone Civil war back in the 1990’s into becoming a major international football star who is very much on his way to becoming an African and global Icon. Step aside Didier Drogba, one time poster boy of African football in the English Premier League here comes the next face for African football. Recently after Kei was transferred on loan to EPL side Norwich city I caught up with Kei to get his thoughts about the move and what it meant to him and what his message was to Sierra Leonean football fans. 24
