Not included : Local Medevac insurance ($ 15.00 / day ), Cites tags for elephant , leopard , and crocodile @$ 200 . 2 % ZTA levy on daily rates . 2 % ZTA levy on trophy fees . Trophy fees on animals killed or wounded . Dip & Pack fee . Freight costs for export of trophies . Air charters , ccommodation outside of hunting areas . Gratuities . Concession / Conservation Levies ( some areas ), U . S . Visa cost at airport ($ 30.00 ), items of a personal nature , imported spirits and tobacco .
