In fact , Kal Tire , an international leader in mining tyre service and supply , has partnered with Pitcrew . ai a computer vision specialist and provider of artificial intelligence-driven condition monitoring . The partnership now offers the industry a solution that enables autonomous inspections of mining equipment to drive better planning when it comes to tyre maintenance that will improve productivity and safety for mine operations . The technology and what it can do : Goode explains that the two companies offer mines a solution that enables the autonomous detection of tyre issues anytime , anywhere and without downtime . The technology involves the integration of Kal Tire ’ s proprietary Tire Operations Management System , TOMS , with Pitcrew ’ s autonomous inspection station .
