In Closing
the world’s
buildings
Located in Poitou-Charentes, France, Le Kinemax is one of the most extreme
movie theatres you may ever see in your life! It appears as if giant rock
crystals are popping out from the ground and it houses an Imax screen
about the combined size of two tennis ball courts. With all the complexities
of the angles, it took architects thousands of hours to calculate the
geometric designs and build computerized simulators. Workers tasked with
cleaning the windows also require special talents. Due to the bizarre shape
of this building, the maintenance crew have to have professional mountain
climbing experience.
