Feature Photography “ My first impression of Cape Town was that it was much more cosmopolitan than Johannesburg. In Cape Town there was so much to do as far as sightseeing goes. Of course, Table Mountain was an absolute highlight. We had a perfect clear day with just the right amount of clouds. The views from there over the Cape were spectacular. Hout Bay harbour was also a real treat. Going out on a boat tour to see the seals was so much fun; the colour of the water was a sparkling greenish blue. We also took a drive out to see the Cape of Good Hope. The vast changing scenery on the drive was a photographer’s dream. As I am a lover of animals, we also had the opportunity to go by Boulders Beach to see the African Penguins. We saw whales too as we were driving which was another unexpected treat. The one thing for me personally that did not turn out the way I was hoping, was the day I went to do the White Shark Cage diving/feeding. The weather was really bad once we were on the boat, raining and windy. I was supposed to feed the sharks on the side of the boat but got so sick from sea sickness that I couldn’t do it.
