Quality Steel was selected as the Structural Steel fabricator for the new Buscor Passenger
Terminus in White River. Buscor is the primary passenger bus operator in Mpumalanga. Quality
Steel came up with an award winning steel detailing design. The brief from the client was for
a utilitarian building with little expectation beyond meeting the physical requirements. The
resultant building ticks all the utilitarian boxes but provides a whimsical wide open expanse
reminiscent of the drama of large-volume transport terminals of bygone eras to create a
relaxing and enjoyable experience for the end-user. The Buscor White River Terminus is a
proud milestone in Quality Steel’s more than 20 year track record of setting the pace in the
structural steel industry.
